How Resume Analysis Works

When you upload a resume, Reffem's AI extracts and analyzes:

  • Work history and job titles
  • Technical and soft skills
  • Education and certifications
  • Career progression and achievements

Better Questions, Better Insights

With resume context, the AI can ask references about specific projects, skills, or roles mentioned in the resume. This leads to more detailed and relevant feedback.

What Candidates See

When a candidate clicks their reference link, they see a branded landing page where they can submit their references:

Reference Information Form

Name, phone number, email, and relationship to candidate

Consent Collection

Each reference gives consent to receive an AI-powered call and be recorded

Progress Tracking

Candidates can see how many references they have submitted vs. required

Candidates Across Multiple Positions

A single candidate can be assigned to multiple positions. This is useful when:

  • A candidate is being considered for different roles
  • You want to compare feedback for the same candidate across teams
  • Internal candidates applying for promotion opportunities

Separate Reference Checks

Each candidate-position combination creates a separate reference check. References may need to complete multiple interviews if the candidate is being considered for different roles with different questions.
